Emma from Taiwan sent me this postcard sometime around January 24. It took about 70 days to get here, so she even sent me this second postcard in the meantime. This postcard is really fun. This design below works together to make the set up below it.

This is the second postcard that Emma has sent me. The first card never arrived. She says that the first was of Longshan Temple. (There appears to be several temples with this name, I am guessing on the right link.) I am sure that it would have been beautiful, but this was is lovely too.

Erica says that she likes Mickey Mouse, so I am sending her this postcard I found this last weekend. As you can see it has Mickey and Minnie posed as if they were in the painting "American Gothic" by Grant Wood. I am not quite certain why it would be Minnesotan, Grant Wood painted in and is from Iowa, but I think she will like it.

I feel like all I have been doing is sending postcards lately. Hopefully, I will receive a few in the next few days. Today my postcard to Tanja in Germany, so my new address was to Yi-Hui in Taiwan. She said that she liked "comic maps", so I hope this fits the bill. I find the woman ice skating with the snowman a bit creepy (look by the capital building), but maybe that is because of the weather!

I received a postcard today from Hank in Taiwan. The photo is of Sun Moon Lake. Pretty isn't it? It is named Sun Moon Lake because it is shaped like a quarter moon and a sun sitting next to each other. Thank you Hank!
